About NKOA

Nature Kids on Outdoor Adventures (NKOA) of Lisbon Falls is a nature-based 4-H group in Androscoggin County, Maine. We are a large and active club, made up of primarily homeschoolers who range in age from 5-14. Each Wednesday from 1-3pm our members (along with their parents and siblings) get together for outdoor adventures (hiking, letterboxing, exploring nature); to volunteer; to learn about nature; to craft and work with our hands; to garden; and do anything else we dream up! Our goal is to get children and their parents outdoors and hands-on with nature. We hope this blog will inspire you to do the same!
